NYPD prepares for New Year's Eve in Times Square

The confetti has been tested and the final crystals have been added to the Times Square ball. Now, the NYPD will do their part to make sure everyone coming to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the city can do so safely. The NYPD talked extensively about their security plans earlier on Monday.
