Luigi Mangione set to be arraigned

Luigi Mangione, the man accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson earlier this month in NYC, is expected to be arraigned in a Manhattan court this morning on murder and terror charges in a state case that will run parallel to his federal prosecution.
