Jessica Tisch becomes NYPD’s second female commissioner

Jessica Tisch is making history as the second woman to lead the nation’s largest police force. She was officially sworn in on Monday. Tisch is no stranger to the NYPD, she is a 12-year veteran of the force holding a few different positions within the agency. FOX 5 NY’s Morgan McKay reports.
