NYC dismantling outdoor dining sheds

The iconic outdoor dining sheds that helped NYC restaurants survive the pandemic are coming down by the end of November. Under the new "Dining Out NYC" program, restaurants will need to dismantle old structures, pay new fees, and adhere to stricter guidelines for outdoor setups. FOX 5's Jessica Formoso has the story.
