NYC to launch smart curbs pilot program on UWS

New York City is getting ready to unveil its smart curbs pilot program on the Upper West Side. It will get rid of some parking spaces and replace them with things like bike corrals and loading zones for trucks. FOX 5 NY’s Arthur Chi’en got an up close look at the changes with the NYC Department of Transportation.
