Hochul aims to restart congestion pricing

Governor Kathy Hochul is reportedly looking to revive NYC's congestion pricing plan, aiming to reduce Manhattan traffic and fund mass transit before President-elect Donald Trump takes office, as he's vowed to halt the program. FOX 5's Arthur Chi'en has the story.
