Daniel Penny trial resumes in Lower Manhattan

The Daniel Penny trial resumed on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. Prosecutors continued presenting their case trying to convince the jury that Penny's actions were excessive and unwarranted. FOX 5 NY's Lisa Evers reports.
