Judge delays ruling on Trump conviction

Judge Juan Merchan was supposed to make the decision on Trump's request to toss out his conviction in the case on Tuesday, but now the ruling has been delayed until at least Nov. 19. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay explains what's next.
