Diddy spends 55th birthday in jail

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs celebrated his 55th birthday in federal lockup today. This, as his lawyers have asked the judge overseeing his case for a gag order to restrict statements made by potential witnesses outside of court. FOX 5 NY’s Lisa Evers reports.
