Daniel Penny trial: Day 2 brings new video

Monday marked day two of the criminal trial of Daniel Penny, the marine veteran accused of putting Jordan Neely in a deadly chokehold. New video of the incident was released in court on Monday just as we heard from new witnesses who were on the subway that day. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross has the latest from the courtroom.
