Family blames city for death of 4-year-old boy

Family members and community advocates rallied on behalf of 4-year-old Jahmeik Modlin, who died of starvation. Both of Jahmeik's parents were arrested and charged in connection with his death, but now his extended family members are blaming the boy's death on the city.
