Vigil for 4-year-old boy who died in Harlem

The horrific death of a four-year-old boy in Harlem has the community joining together calling for an end to neglect. Authorities accused the parents of starving their child to death. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso takes us to the emotional vigil.
