5th Avenue to become a world-class pedestrian boulevard

There's a new plan in place to transform Fifth Avenue into a world-class pedestrian-centered boulevard. It will be the first makeover in the famed avenue's 200 year history. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas has more on the redesign and what New Yorkers can expect.
