Vigil held for Victoria Lee as family seeks justice

Loved ones gathered in Fort Lee, NJ, to remember Victoria Lee on what would have been her 26th birthday. Lee, who was shot and killed by police during a mental health crisis this past summer, was honored with an emotional vigil at Hudson Light Park. FOX 5's Richard Giacovas has the story.
