NYC Schools Chancellor resigns early

NYC Schools Chancellor David Banks is making an early exit from his position. He originally announced he was retiring at the end of the year, but now will be out on Oct. 16. It all comes as the investigations into the Adams' administration continue. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay reports.
