Mayor Adams announces NYC's new Schools Chancellor
One day after New York City Schools Chancellor David Banks announced plans to retire, Adams wasted no time to name a replacement. Melissa Aviles-Ramos, a former teacher and current deputy chancellor, will now hold the position. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay reports.
