UWS residents debate 96th Street bus lane"

Some Upper West Side residents are pushing back against a plan to bring dedicated bus lanes to 96th Street, saying it won't achieve its goal of speeding up bus service. FOX 5 NY's Teresa Priolo takes a look at the arguments from both sides.
