Former NY governor aide accused of working for China

A former aide to both New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and former governor Andrew Cuomo was hit with federal charges accusing her of acting as an illegal agent of the Chinese government. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay shares what a spokesperson for Cuomo said.
