Suffolk County storm cleanup continues

People living in Suffolk County are still cleaning up after catastrophic flooding last week. Gov. Kathy Hochul declared a disaster emergency on Friday, but some are saying it should've been announced earlier so that residents could start applying for federal funds immediately.
