NJ Transit fare holiday hit by more delays

NJ Transit Rail Service in and out of Penn Station is currently subject to half-hour delays, despite it being NJ Transit's fare holiday week, meant to alleviate frustrations commuters have faced from recent service disruptions. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso has the story.
