Astronauts stranded as Starliner faces 2024 delay

Two stranded astronauts on the international space station will now have to wait until next year for a shot to return to Earth. This is because there's a problem with Boeing's Starliner Spacecraft. FOX 5 NY's Duarte Geraldino explains how we got to this point.
