Four new Metro-North stations coming to the Bronx

Four new Metro-North stations are coming to the Bronx, after the City Council overwhelmingly to approve a major rezoning plan. But some residents say that the economic issues in the Bronx need to be addressed first. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini has the story.
