Despite compromise, Corona Plaza vendors struggle

Some vendors say that the Corona Plaza Market compromise that was supposed to bring aunauthoritized vendors and the city together hasn't worked out well for them. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas has more on their frustrations and the city's rsponse.
