Mall at Bay Plaza celebrates 10th anniversary

The Mall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx is marking a major milestone, celebrating 10 years in business and thriving when most shopping centers are struggling to stay afloat. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas looks at how they're doing it.
