NYC outdoor dining deadline

Street-side dining sheds transformed New York City's restaurant scene, but many of them are expected to be taken down now. The city put out new rules around the structures and Saturday was the last day for businesses to apply for a permit. Those who do not comply will face fines. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas discovered people had mixed feelings about the new policy.
