Officials make transit safety announcement

NYC Mayor Eric Adams and MTA leaders provided an update on subway crime Wednesday morning. They say overall crime is down and to make sure it stays that way, they are getting ready to begin a new weapons detection pilot program soon. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the latest.
