New York Gov. Hochul signs e-bike safety bills

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a series of bills on Thursday to improve e-bike safety. They are aimed at cracking down on fraudulent and after-market batteries. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross has the details.
