City’s ambulance response times at crisis levels

New data says it's taking longer for ambulances to arrive at the scene of the emergency here in NYC. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt talked to the union representing EMT's and paramedics with the FDNY about why we're seeing increased average response times.
