Migrant accused of shooting at NYPD cops arraigned
Bernardo Raul Castro Mata, a Venezuelan migrant accused of shooting two NYPD officers earlier this month, was arraigned on Wednesday and confessed to police that he is a member of a notorious Venezuelan gang that is smuggling guns into city-run shelters.
