Youth Gun Violence - STREET SOLDIERS

Communities across New York City are trying to cope with reckless and often random shootings, while non-profit groups do what they can to stop the bullets from flying in the first place. But as the NYPD uses new strategies to take shooters off the streets, they've noticed a disturbing new trend. Both shooters and victims are getting younger and younger.
