Audit: NYPD ShotSpotter tech is ineffective

The the NYPD's ShotSpotter technology a waste of time and money? According to a new report by the City Comptroller's office, the software which is supposed to detect gunfire has only been accurate a handful of times. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt has the story.
