Gov. Murphy announces NJ clemency iniative

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced a historic clemency initiative that says he would wipe the criminal convictions of thousands. He says he purposely chose Juneteenth to make this announcement as it is a day that celebrates freedom. FOX 5 NY’s Antwan Lewis has the details.
