Suspect charged in Kissena Park rape
No bail for the suspect accused of allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old girl in a Queens Park. Christian Inga appeared before a judge on Wednesday and was arraigned on a slew of charges including rape and kidnapping. FOX 5 NY’s Richard Giacovas has the details.
