Andrew Cuomo testifies about COVID orders

Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo testified before a Republican-led committee about his order in March of 2020 requiring nursing homes to accept COVID patients. Over 4,000 COVID patients were sent, and a heavy death toll ensued.
