Crackdown on illegal scooters

Mayor Adams and the NYPD announced a new plan to remove illegal mopeds and scooters from the streets. In addition to being a danger to pedestrians, they also say thieves use these vehicles to escape a crime scene quickly. FOX 5 NY’s Linda Schmidt takes a closer look at this concerning the new trend and what the city is doing about it.
