Hicksville breaks ground on water treatment plant

'Forever chemicals', a type of toxic chemical that can be detected in the blood of almost every Americans, is also found in Long Island's groundwater. But a federal grant will now help remove those chemicals for those who live in Hicksville. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross has the story.
