Animal shelter needs help with puppies

A local animal shelter is asking for help to take care of five puppies who were found in an air-tight container. They say they are already stretched thin with resources and were not prepared to have these five lives to care for. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas shows us how you can help.
