Congestion pricing lawsuit

With congestion pricing expected to start next month, FOX 5 NY is taking a look at one of the lawsuits that has been filed, attempting to stop it from moving forward. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en spoke with a plaintiff in one of the cases, who says that congestion pricing will lead to increased traffic on the West Side Highway and threaten the health of children nearby.
