NYC Street vendors rally at City Hall

New York City street vendors are fighting back after several high-profile raids targeted their businesses. They staged a rally at City Hall to highlight just how hard it is to get a vending license under current regulations. FOX 5 NY's Stephanie Bertini has the story.
