Embattled Sen. Menendez won’t run for reelection as Dem

Sen. Bob Menendez, the embattled New Jersey politician tied in a web of legal trouble, said he won’t run for reelection as a Democrat. That doesn’t mean he won’t be running to keep his seat, FOX 5 NY’s Robert Moses reports.
