Hochul calls in National Guard for subway safety

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has unveiled a multi-part plan that she says will make the subways safer, including dispatching 750 National Guard troops to the NYC subway, adding more patrols, and banning anyone convicted of a crime against a passenger from using mass transit again.
