Mayor Adams visits Albany for 'Tin Cup Day'

New York City Mayor Eric Adams visited Albany Tuesday for what's known as 'Tin Cup Day,' when local governments try and make their case about what should be included in the state budget. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the story.
