Pre-paid credit cards offered to migrant families

Questions are being raised about a new pilot program that will give migrant families a reloadable, pre-paid redit card to buy food and baby supplies. It would replace the food boxes given to asylum seekers staying in hotels. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso has the story.
