NYC restaurants oppose ending tip credit system

A new survey shows that the majority of restaurant owners in New York City are opposed to a plan to change how restaurant workers are paid. Currently, eateries are allowed to pay wait staff who earn tips less than minimum wage. But, as Sharon Crowley found out, many owners say customers will be the ones paying up if the law goes through.
