NYC cracking down on toll beaters

New York lawmakers are calling for a crackdown on drivers with fake or covered plates who they say are trying to dodge tolls and red light camera tickets. FOX 5 NY's Michelle Ross takes a closer look at how often drivers are using this tactic and the amount of money it's costing.
