New alternative to late-night NYC dance parties

New York City is known as 'The City that Never Sleeps' with parties going on until all hours of the morning. But for the early birds who aren't so keen on staying up late, there's Matinee NYC, which is throwing nightclub-style parties that start at 5 p.m. FOX 5 NY's Kendall Green has the story.
