Adams restores some money to NYC school budget

For the third day, Mayor Eric Adams has announced that budget cuts are being reversed at various departments in New York City. Now, some are wondering if the Mayor needed to make the cuts in the first place. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the story.
