Staten Island fentanyl ODs fuel calls for change

The Staten Island fentanyl task force wants Governor Kathy Hochul to declare an opioid health emergency, as the latest numbers from the city show fentanyl overdose deaths are on the rise. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas has the story.
