East Side casino proposal faces local pushback

A proposed casino on the east side of Manhattan has a lot of people in Midtown talking. The local board recently rejected a proposal for it to be able to bypass zoning rules, and the public is now getting ready to voice their concerns at a town hall. FOX 5 NY's Sharon Crowley has the story.
