'Smart curb' pilot program coming to UWS

The 'smart curb' management pilot program aims to make New York City's streets safer and less congested by studying the ways people use the streets. The Department of Transportation held an information session Monday to speak to people on the Upper West Side about what curb problems annoy them, from double parking to delivery trucks and lack of parking spaces.
